| dc.description.abstract | The projects drawn up as a response to architectural competitions are a neglected intellectual and cultural resource, but still considered as a repertory of “potential architecture”. Winning or not, whether constructed or not, the value of this projects exceeds their actual success or failure in the context of the competition.
