Plano de negócios: Green Resort

Abstract

Desenvolveu-se um Plano de Negócios para o Green Resort, um Eco Resort and Residences inovador com as tipologias de residências exclusivas, geminadas e um beach hotel and suites de 5 estrelas vocacionado para o turismo de lazer. O ponto diferenciador deste projeto assenta principalmente na elevada componente de sustentabilidade aliada a uma localização privilegiada. Este plano de negócios irá avaliar a viabilidade económica e financeira do Green Resort, representando uma importante forma de mobilizar a capacidade de investimento disponível no mercado. Para o efeito, é realizada uma revisão da literatura mais relevante sobre os temas do Turismo, Sustentabilidade e Estratégia. É realizada também uma análise de toda a envolvente do Green Resort, por forma a perceber a melhor forma de posicionar este projeto. A análise da envolvente foi realizada como base em estudos qualitativos e quantitativos, levando a concluir que este empreendimento surge em paralelo com o aumento da contribuição do turismo para a economia portuguesa, que atravessa uma grave crise económica e financeira. Portugal é um país com uma particular vocação turística, que tem vindo a reforçar-se de ano para ano, segundo os dados de mercado analisados. Sendo então construída, com base nesta análise, a estratégia formulada e implementada irá permitir o desenvolvimento e sucesso do Green Resort. É por fim traçado todo o plano financeiro em que o projeto se insere, demonstrando a viabilidade económica e financeira do mesmo.

The present project consists on a Business Plan for Green Resort, an innovative Eco Resort and Residences with exclusive residences, townhouses and a beach hotel and suites with 5-star, designed for the leisure tourism. The distinguishing point of this project mainly relies on the high component of sustainability and its prime location. This business plan will analyze the economic and financial viability of Green Resort, representing an important way to mobilize the investment capacity available. To this end, is made a review of relevant literature on the themes of Tourism, Sustainability and Strategy. Are also realized an analysis of the environment of Green Resort in order to achieve the best way to positioning this project. The analysis of the environment was realized as the basis of qualitative and quantitative studies, leading to the conclusion that this development comes in parallel with the increase of the contribution of tourism to the Portuguese economy, which is experiencing a serious economic and financial crisis. Portugal is a country with a particular tourist vocation, which has strengthened from year to year, according to market data analyzed. Since then construct, based on this analysis, the strategy formulated and implemented will enable the development and bring success to the project. Lastly, is traced the financial plan in which the project falls, demonstrating the economic and financial viability of project.
