1,3% do PIB português.
According to data from Portugal Outsourcing Association, by 2015, outsourcing will represent 1.3% of Portuguese GDP. The economic situation in Portugal leads companies to seek new solutions, that being outsourcing, an increasingly sought after platform. Outsourcing refers to a form of hiring an outside entity to perform non-strategic services, which allows cost reduction, and on the other hand the possibility of free resources that can be focused on the core-business of the Company. This paper focuses on an area of human resources outsourcing process customization, and the presumed influence of the underlying effects of culture, among other variables, efficiency and productivity, and has as it's main objective to understand whether there are identitarian relations, and alignment with the commitments and values in a group of employees of an outsourcing company that performs tasks for a service company in customer service. |
