| Resumo: | This file contains preliminary and anonymised data on employees involved in various upskilling, employability, and professional development interventions across multiple European countries, in SYNCLUSIVE Project. The dataset is structured to support longitudinal analyses, with measurements collected at different points in time: T0 – Baseline: Before the intervention T1 – Mid-term follow-up T2 – Final follow-up Contains anonymised data on employees who participated in professional development and upskilling interventions, enabling analysis of skills, motivation, and performance outcomes. Main variable groups: Identification and context: Country, intervention type, sector, job role, Unique_ID, Living Lab, region Socio-demographic characteristics: Age, gender, education level, professional experience Training and learning: Participation in courses, workshops, or trainings, certifications obtained Skills and psychosocial outcomes: Motivation, self-efficacy, work attitude, and performance Professional outcomes: Promotions, role changes, performance evaluations (T1, T2). |
