Abstract: The research focuses on the Chinese auto market. It develops a strategic action plan for SAIC Group, allowing it to improve its brand portfolio and be an industry leader in terms of positioning. The objective is accomplished through secondary data analysis including market and industry reports, peer-reviewed articles, and conference papers in which it utilizes. The background of SAIC Motor Corporation Company is discussed, including the production and sales of commercial & passenger cars and new energy vehicles (NEV) and the company's international trades. They are to define the actions that SAIC Group can undertake to establish its brand distinctiveness, determine specific activities to create customer awareness and loyalty and utilize research and development capabilities to remain competitive. The research provides advice on specialised advertising campaigns, influencer partnerships, social media marketing, online targeting, and collaborations/partnerships to take advantage of foreign markets. These strategies seek to broaden the SAIC brand, differentiate it from competitors, connect with customers, and augment its market share in the Chinese and global automotive industry.
