Plano de negócio: Plan Events & Party’s (PEP)

Abstract

A presente tese está integrada no Mestrado em Gestão e tem como principal objetivo o desenvolvimento do plano de negócio inovador do projeto de uma aplicação web, a ‘Plan Events & Party’s’ (PEP). A PEP será uma plataforma de loja online de serviços para a organização de eventos em Portugal direcionado para um público jovem, a geração millenial, sem grande experiência em organizar eventos. A plataforma estará organizada por separadores temáticos, de fácil acesso e intuitivo na procura de informação, dando a possibilidade a cada usuário de registar do seu perfil para a utilização da ferramenta. Cada evento é único e procura algo que reflita a sua personalidade, dando a possibilidade da melhor montra digital para as empresas especializadas nas áreas apresentarem os seus serviços, facilitando o contacto e a gestão dos seus clientes com o fornecimento de estatísticas-chave e uma série de ferramentas simples. Na constituição da empresa Plan Events & Party's, Unipessoal, Lda. terá um investimento inicial do Capital Social de 40.000€ (70%Capital Próprio e 30%Capital Alheio). O projeto terá uma duração de dez anos, com início no ano 2022, considerado o ano zero para a criação da empresa, desenvolvimento da plataforma e o seu lançamento a dezembro de 2022, e angariação de fornecedores e clientes. O primeiro ano real do desenvolvimento do negócio será em 2023, com o início da atividade de vendas e contratação da equipa. O projeto apresenta valores de viabilidade do investimento do projeto com VAL 1.473.439€, TIR 45,10% e Payback em 8,25 anos.

This thesis is part of the Master's Degree in Management and its main objective is the development of an innovative business plan for a web application project, named 'Plan Events & Party's' (PEP). PEP will be an online service store platform for the organization of events in Portugal aimed at a young audience, the millennial generation, without much experience in organizing events. The platform will be organized by thematic areas, easy to access and intuitive in the search for information, giving each user the possibility to register their profile for using the platform. Each event is unique and looks for something that reflects its personality, offering the possibility of the best digital showcase for companies specialized in the areas to present their services, facilitating the contact and management of their customers with the provision of key statistics and a series of simple tools. The constitution of the company Plan Events & Party's, Unipessoal, Lda. will have an initial investment of the Share Capital of 40.000€ (70% Equity Capital and 30% Third Party Capital). The project will have a ten years duration, starting in 2022, considered the year zero for the creation of the company, development of the platform and launch in December 2022, and attracting suppliers and customers. The first real year of business development will be in 2023, with the start of sales activity and the hiring of the team. The project presents project investment feasibility values of VAL 1.473.439€, TIR 45,10% and Payback in 8,25 years.
