Tecido urbano colectivo: Novas passagens

Abstract

As cidades, são uma consequência da história, compostas por diversas camadas. Através do tecido urbano, e da análise do mesmo, é possível perceber estes vários tempos, o crescimento e os interstícios por eles deixados. As passagens, surgem como elemento articulador do tecido urbano, permitindo relacionar ruas, lugares, revitalizar espaços e dar nova vida aos interstícios das cidades.

The cities, are a consequence of history, composed by different layers. Through the urban morphology, and the analysis, it is possible to perceive these various times, the growth and interstices left by them. The passages emerge as an articulating element of the urban morphology, allowing to relate streets, places, revitalize spaces and give new life to the interstices of cities.
