O mercado da bolsa de valores e derivados de Angola: BVDA

Abstract

A presente dissertação sob o tema «O mercado da Bolsa de Valores e Derivados de Angola», tem a pretensão de observar os pontos necessários para se efectuar a implementação do sistema bolsista na República de Angola. A análise em causa, contempla algumas questões para a avaliação do investimento público/privado em mercados emergente. O seguinte estudo, para além de contribuir para a discussão das principais vantagens e desvantagens de investimento em mercados em desenvolvimento especificamente, o mercado angolano, almeja por uma visão actual do estado angolano em termos macroeconómicos e necessariamente, dar um parecer quanto a estabilidade do mercado.

A abordagem de questões relativas ao mercado de capitais será, ao longo da dissertação, o tópico central nomeadamente, porque demonstra – se especial enfoque às alterações ocorridas no âmbito do enquadramento jurídico, políticas de protecção ao investidor, prosseguido pelo organismo de supervisão do mercado de capitais e, consequente exposição das medidas de controlo das transacções e dos agentes autorizados a actuar no mercado. Estes, serão alguns dos temas abordados aquando a análise da implementação da BVDA.

Para o estudo levado a cabo no âmbito do Mestrado de Continuidade em Contabilidade, considera – se que o principal móbil desta exposição, deriva da crescente necessidade em promover o mercado angolano e, contribuir deste modo, para a visibilidade do impacto que mecanismos dinâmicos, práticos e actuais, surtirão na promoção e incentivo da iniciativa privada.

The present dissertation under the subject “the BVDA market”, has the pretension to observe the points necessary for implement exchange system in the Republic of Angola. The present analysis, contemplates some questions for the evaluation of private/ public investment in emergent markets. The following study besides helping in the quarrel to know the main advantages and disadvantages of investment in markets in development specifically, the Angolan market, which necessarily longs for a current vision of the Angolan state in macroeconomic terms and, to give one to seems how much the stability of the market. The boarding of the questions about the stock market will be, throughout the dissertation, the main topic mainly, because it demonstrates – with a special approach to the alterations in the scope of the legal framing, protection politics of the investor, made by the organization of supervision of the stock market and, consequent exposition of the measures of control of the transactions and the authorized agents to act in the market. These, will be some of the boarded subjects when the analysis of the implementation of the BVDA. For the taken study in the scope of the Master's degree in continuity Accounting, considers - that the main objective of this exposition, drifts of the increasing necessity in promoting the Angolan market, thus contributing, for the visibility of the impact that dynamic mechanisms, practical and actual, will improve the promotion and incentive of the private initiative.
