Abstract: | O objetivo do presente estudo é compreender a temática dos estágios, bem como
os seus resultados e o peso que diferentes variáveis têm na experiência do estagiário,
principalmente no que toca à satisfação e aprendizagens. O estudo contou com a
participação de 189 (ex)estagiários e, complementarmente, 107 indivíduos que nunca
estagiaram. Além da revisão da literatura, foi realizado um questionário. Com a ajuda
do programa de estatística SPSS ("Statistical Package for the Social Sciences") foi
possível analisar o modelo proposto no final da análise de literatura. Os resultados
indicam que a Satisfação com o Estágio depende, e por ordem de grau de importância,
das Relações Interpessoais, Aprendizagem e Desenvolvimento Profissional, Supervisão
e Acompanhamento Organizacional, Supervisão e Acompanhamento Académico e, por
fim, da Idade do Estagiário. Como resultados adicionais, a Remuneração Auferida afeta
positivamente a motivação do estagiário a desempenhar acima do esperado, o seu nível
de compromisso e a sua valorização quando comparado com os seus pares. Aplicações
do estudo estão direcionadas para as universidades e empresas que promovem os
estágios para que estas potenciem para que os estagiários tirem o melhor partido da
experiência. The main objective of the present study is to understand the internships, as well as the outcomes and the weight of different variables in the intern's experience, especially when it comes to satisfaction and learning. The study had the collaboration of 189 (ex)interns and, in addition, 107 individuals that had never inter. Besides the literature’s revision, it was provide a questionnaire. With the help of the statistics’ programme SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) it was possible to analyse the model created in the final chapter of the literature’s revision. The outcomes show that the Satisfaction with the Internship depends of Interpersonal Relations, Learning and Professional Development, Organizational Supervision and tutoring, Academic Supervision and tutoring and the Intern's Age, in order of importance. As an additional outcome, the payment positively affects the motivation of the intern, the level of commitment and the intern's valorisation when compared to his/her pears. The applications of the study are for the universities and the companies that promote the internships, so they can know what to potentiate in order to increase the outcomes of the intern's experience. |
