política. Para o seu sucesso, torna-se essencial responder às críticas feitas ao sistema vigente;
One of the biggest crisis in contemporary democracies focuses in their lack of credibility and increasing dismissal of the civil society. In this context, a window of opportunity is open for young parties to penetrate the public space and transform the political landscape. It is essential to answer the critiques directed at the current system if they want to be successful; these new parties have the possibility, in the making of a political message that allows dialogue and knowledge, to produce new ideological narratives that allow them to create their own political space within the traditional political system. Having as an empirical object the Spanish political party Podemos - chosen due to its highlight under the circumstances mentioned above - it was possible to analyze its nature and path, concluding that even though the message was an essential element in its initial electoral climbing and empowerment, it will not be the only mechanism that will allow them a bigger rise. |
