The main aim of this study was to investigate the effect of integration and infrastructures, business adaptation, business knowledge, organizational culture, and costs on business analytics and whether the status of the participants moderates this relationship. This is an exploratory, cross-sectional study. A quantitative and correlational methodology was used. The sample of this study is made up of 482 participants, all of whom work in the hotel industry in Portugal. Organizational culture and costs’ positive and significant effect on business analytics was proven. Integration and infrastructure also positively and significantly affected knowledge and adaptation to the business. Status moderates the relationship between integration and infrastructure, business adaptation, organizational culture, costs, and business analytics. This study points us in new directions for the hotel industry. Organizational culture is one of the most important factors, as it is the variable with the strongest effect on business analytics.eng
