These interviews are preliminary on stakeholders related to employment across multiple European countries, in SYNCLUSIVE Project.  The goal is to gather data to validate and refine the Synclusive Middle Range Program Theory. Interviews aim to identify how specific contexts (C) trigger mechanisms (M) to produce outcomes (O) for vulnerable groups. Follow this standardized structure for each stakeholder interview to ensure consistency across the Bulgarian, Finnish, Dutch, and Portuguese Living Labs.eng
