The use of AI in optimizing human resources allocations for telecom projects

Abstract

The allocation of human resources is a crucial element of project management within the telecommunications industry. Having the right people to execute project tasks is key to project success. Effective planning in this area significantly influences project outcomes. This project aims to analyze the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance the efficiency of this human resources allocation process. To this end, we developed a Proof of Concept (PoC) system called the Human Resource Allocation System (HRAS). This system is designed to optimize human resource allocation in telecommunications projects by considering the skills, capabilities, and availability of personnel to match them with the specific characteristics of each project.

A alocação de recursos humanos é um elemento crucial da gestão de projetos na indústria de telecomunicações. Ter as pessoas certas para executar as tarefas é fundamental para o sucesso do projeto. O planejamento eficaz nessa área influencia significativamente os resultados obtidos. Este projeto tem como objetivo analisar o uso da inteligência artificial (IA) para aumentar a eficiência desse processo de alocação de recursos humanos. Para isso, desenvolvemos um sistema de Prova de Conceito (PoC) chamado Sistema de Alocação de Recursos Humanos (HRAS). Este sistema é projetado para otimizar a alocação de recursos humanos em projetos de telecomunicações, levando em consideração as habilidades, capacidades e disponibilidade do pessoal para combiná-los com as características específicas de cada projeto.
