Abstract

N u m c e n á r i o h i p o t é t i c o d e d e s a t i v a ç ã o d a p r o d u ç ã o e l é t r i c a d a b ar r a g e m d o C a b r i l e d o s r e c e n t e s f o g o s d e P e d r ó g ã o G r a n d e n a s c e u m a v o n t a d e d e i n v e s t i g a r o s d o i s t e m a s p r e s e n t e s n o t e r r i t ó r i o , a f l o r e s t a e o f o g o . M a r c a d o p o r u m a e x t e n s a á r e a f l o r e s t a l , e m g r a n d e p a r t e a m o n o c u l t u r a d e e u c a l i p t o , o s i n c ê n d i o s t o r n a m - s e i n e v i t á v e i s . E s t a f o n t e d e d e s t r u i ç ã o a r r a s a p a i s a g e n s m a s t a m b é m é u m m a r c o o n d e f l o r e s c e v i d a , o s e u p o d e r d e s t r u i d o r t r a n s f o r m a - s e n u m p o d e r d e r e g e n e r a ç ã o .
