dc.description.abstract | Society is developing more and more every day and health systems need to be in tune. People are also adapting to technological advances and through these means there is an opportunity to get closer to health systems and therefore promote their development. The introduction of methods/applications giving access to patients and health professionals would be an important step with many associated benefits. Aiming service evaluation as a possible method of contributing to the health system. A total of 25 people were interviewed about the subject, 19 of them in hospital settings, the rest having had various experiences in the health system and questions were asked about their age and gender and 10 questions about the topic. The answers were then analyzed and discussed with what was gathered in the literature review. The results suggest that improving the procedures in the health system through people's participation and evaluation, with consolidated methods, has many benefits for its development. | por |
