dc.description.abstractWe demonstrate an implementation of the Boris Particle Pusher Algorithm using CUDA-enabled processors. A simplified PIC code is used as a reference for the pusher and several tests are shown. The deployment time from a developer point of view is also evaluated. Results show that CUDA is a good tool for significant code acceleration with minimal code impact and minimal effort for the developer.eng
