Bullying no contexto escolar: Uma abordagem sobre prevenção e consequências

Abstract

O presente trabalho faz uma abordagem sobre o bullying no contexto escolar: uma abordagem: prevenção e consequências, com recurso à investigação descritiva com natureza qualitativa, que possibilitou a recolha dos resultados com uma amostra de 20 diretores de turma e 4 diretores de escola, que responderam as perguntas constantes no guião de entrevista. O objetivo do trabalho centrou-se em analisar o bullying no contexto escolar: prevenção e consequências. Os resultados da pesquisa revelam que o bullying é uma prática agressiva, que pode ser manifestada de diversas formas, seja física ou não, psicológica, emocional e não só, causando transtorno não só as vítimas, bem como no contexto escolar. Porém, resultados também revelam que existem várias formas de prevenção do bullying, como diálogo permanente com os alunos, compilação de normativos que punem alunos que praticam bullying em contexto escolar, realização de palestras, no sentido de sensibilizar os alunos sobre a não prática da agressão, a colocação de câmaras de vigilância, para controlar todo ambiente escolar, bem como promover a cultura da denúncia por parte das vítimas e das testemunhas.

The present work approaches bullying in the school context: a prevention and consequences approach, using descriptive research with a qualitative nature, which enabled the collection of results with a sample of 20 class directors and 4 school directors, who responded the questions in the interview guide. The aim of the work was to analyze bullying in the school context: prevention and consequences. The research results reveal that bullying is an aggressive practice, which can be manifested in different ways, whether physical or not, psychological, emotional and not only, causing inconvenience not only to the victims, as well as in the school context. However, results also reveal that there are several ways to prevent bullying, such as permanent dialogue with students, compilation of regulations that punish students who practice bullying in a school context, holding lectures in order to sensitize students about the non-practice of aggression, the placement of surveillance cameras to control the entire school environment, as well as promoting a culture of denunciation by victims and witnesses.
