Teia cultural: sistema multidisciplinar artístico e cultural

Abstract

A Teia Cultural é um projecto que pretende estabelecer-se através da sua actividade num domínio marcado pela multidisciplinaridade, com o objectivo de se envolver em vários campos de acção, com cruzamentos entre diversas áreas artísticas e actividades culturais. Isto justifica-se, por um lado, pela circunstância de existir uma complementaridade possível e até desejável, entre as diversas áreas artístico-culturais (inclusive de públicos) e, em parte, pelas condições de mercado encontradas que inviabilizariam uma tentativa de especialização artístico-cultural do ponto de vista da sustentabilidade financeira. A sede deste projecto estará estabelecida em Estremoz, distrito de Évora, e haverá duas tipologias de negócio envolvidas e em directa correlação. Em primeiro lugar uma área de negócio, direcionada para a prestação de serviços culturais, e em segundo lugar, outra de restauração. A prestação de serviços envolverá a implementação de um estatuto de membro e, nisso, assemelhar-se-á ao conceito de um clube. Para além disto, o projecto será responsável por um conjunto de actividades culturais, que podem envolver desde a organização de concertos em teatros, à promoção de formações artístico-culturais, passando por actividades direccionadas para o turismo cultural da região onde se irá desenvolver.

Teia Cultural is a project that intends to establish itself through its activity in a multidisciplinary domain, aiming at getting involved in several spheres of action, by combining numerous artistic fields and cultural activities. This is justified, on the one hand, by the existence of a possible, and even desirable, complementarity between those artistic and cultural activities (which includes their audiences) and, partly, by the market conditions that were found and which would render impossible, in terms of its financial sustainability, any attempt at artistic and cultural specialization. The project will have its seat in Estremoz, in the Évora district, and two business typologies will be involved in a direct correlation. Firstly, a business branch, directed towards the provision of cultural services and, secondly, a catering branch. The provision of services will include setting up a member status, an aspect that brings it closer to the concept of club. Moreover, the project will be responsible for a set of cultural activities, which may range from the organization of concerts and theater plays, the promotion of artistic and cultural training programmes, to activities with a focus on rural tourism in the region where the project will be implemented.
