This dissertation examines the influence of the green marketing mix on the sustainable consumer behaviour of Generation Z, focusing on their attendance at festivals. As environmental concerns grow, festival organisers are increasingly implementing green marketing strategies to appeal to the eco-conscious preferences of Gen Z, a generation known for its environmental awareness. The purpose of this study is to determine how Gen Z's decision-making process, when selecting which festivals to attend, is influenced by the components of the green marketing mix, which include product, price, place, and promotion. To investigate this, a survey was conducted, collecting 97 valid responses from Gen Z festivalgoers. The survey data was analysed using SPSS to identify relationships between green marketing elements and sustainable consumer behaviour. The analysis revealed that the decision by festivals to offer green products (e.g. environmentally friendly materials such as reusable cups) and the promotion methods of those same festivals being sustainable (e.g. if there is transparent communication of environmental practices) have a strong impact on festival attendance decisions. The results suggest that while all elements of the green marketing mix play a role in shaping sustainable consumer behaviour, some are more influential than others in the context of festival attendance. Despite being a specialized study, the findings from this research can assist marketing teams in implementing green marketing mix strategies to increase festival attendance, as research has demonstrated the impact of sustainability practices on consumer behaviour.por
