O foral de Benavente e o direito pátrio local

Abstract

O presente trabalho surge a pretexto das comemorações do Foral de Benavente, vila ribatejana, cujo foral data de 1200, nos primórdios da construção da portugalidade. Para efeitos de análise, serão apresentados, em sobrevoo, os sistemas e fontes de direito pátrio, nacional e local, desde o começo da nacionalidade até ao fim da vigência dos forais, a fim de integrar o Foral de Benavente, objeto concreto do artigo, no quadro do direito foraleiro e local, observando suas características normativas. ____ The current paper arises on the pretext of the commemorations of the charter of Benavente, Ribatejo village, whose charter dates to 1200 in the early days of the construction of Portugal. For analysis, the systems and sources of domestic, national, and local law will be presented, overlying, from the beginning of nationality until the end of the validity of the foral, to integrate the Benavente Charter, the concrete object of the article, in the framework of charter and local law, observing its normative characteristics.
