O centro educativo como resposta sócio-educativa e reparadora do jovem delinquente

Abstract

O presente trabalho visa uma análise sobre o Centro Educativo como resposta sócio-educativa e reparadora do jovem delinquente. Neste sentido, serão primeiramente abordadas questões consideradas fulcrais para o desenvolvimento e compreensão do tema, como é o caso das transformações sociais e legais que surgiram tanto a nível nacional como a nível internacional, como é aplicada a Lei Tutelar Educativa (n.º 166/99) e em que consiste a Intervenção do Serviço Social em Centros Educativos, posteriormente será apresentado o projecto a incrementar. Este último propõe e salienta a importância de um diagnóstico aprofundado sobre os jovens com medidas tutelares educativas aplicadas em Centro Educativo. Todo o trabalho desenvolvido tem como principal objectivo contribuir para uma melhor resposta social, neste caso específico, juntos de jovens delinquentes, ou seja, a promoção da reinserção social dos mesmos está na base de todo o projecto e não são esquecidos princípios como a dignidade humana, a valorização da auto-estima e a capacidade de decisão dos educandos.

The study is an analysis of the Education Center in response socio-educational and repair of the young offender.
