| dc.description.abstract | In the current context, organizations face increasingly complex issues that require efficient practices and strategies aimed at organizational success. internal marketing can make an important contribution in order to solve some of these affairs. This study aims to analyze the relationship between internal marketing and the turnover intention, and the effect of employee well-being as a mediating variable in this same relationship. A quantitative study was conducted by applying a questionnaire, using "Internal marketing" (Serafim et al., 2024), "Employee well-being" (Benraïss-Noailles & Viot, 2021) and "Turnover intention" (Robinson, 1996) scales. The study sample is constituted by 292 records validated. Based on the results obtained, it was possible to conclude that internal marketing is negatively related to the intention to leave and positively related to employee well-being. It was also found that employee well-being is negatively related to turnover intention and mediates the relationship between Internal marketing and turnover intentions. Based on these data, it is considered that the implementation of internal marketing, by contributing to a positive organizational climate and culture, has proven effective in reducing turnover intention and promoting employee well-being. Valuing employees and their work through internal marketing practices and strategies leads to greater employee well-being, reducing their turnover intention, thus corroborating the role of employee well-being as a mediator in the relationship between internal marketing and turnover intention. | |
