Abstract: | The main purpose of this study was to optimize the process of developing and launching new own brand products in the Perishable Commercial Department from a large retail company in Portugal. Specifically, study the process currently in use and identify its weakest points, in order to make it faster and more efficient.
Data selection was carried out and a methodology for its analysis was established, in order to achieve the company’s goals and concerns, namely, the importance of launching the best products as quickly as possible to the market. |
