A rota da arquitectura moderna de Lisboa

Abstract

Este trabalho de projecto visa a proposta de criação de um produto turístico, na cidade de Lisboa, que contribua para a defesa do Património pertencente ao Movimento da Arquitectura Moderna. Os seus recursos são constituídos por todos os edifícios e conjuntos que fazem parte deste movimento, sejam de carácter habitacional ou equipamentos. A Rota Da Arquitectura Moderna De Lisboa procura assumir-se como um produto turístico diferenciado, que gera valor, que agrega recursos dispersos na cidade de Lisboa, e que leva em conta as matrizes dos vários organismos e instituições relevantes, quer a nível nacional, quer internacional. Para isso, este projecto propõe a criação de uma narrativa que leva a uma interpretação dos recursos. O projecto encontra-se dividido em três partes: uma primeira que contextualiza o leitor, essencialmente através de uma revisão dos principais protagonistas e tendências que compõem a história do Movimento da Arquitectura Moderna; uma segunda, que enquadra metodologia, casos de estudos de diversas rotas e definição de conceitos; e uma última parte, que descreve a rota e os seus activos, apresentando um exemplo de um Circuito, assim como descreve a matriz definidora da Rota Da Arquitectura Moderna De Lisboa.

This project aims the creation of a touristic product, in the city of Lisbon, Portugal, that contributes to protect the Modern Architecture Movement Heritage. Its resources are the whole spectrum of buildings and complexes that belong to the movement, disregarding its function - habitation and equipment. The Lisbon Modern Architecture Tour wants to be regarded as a differentiated touristic product with value added and capable of aggregating the resources that are found across the city of Lisbon. This project considers the recommendations of different national and international institutions and organizations in matters of cultural tourism, and tourism in general. Therefore, it proposes the creation of a dedicated narrative that leads to an interpretation of the resources. This project is divided into three different parts: the first one clarifies the framework and the background of the Modern Architecture Movement through the study of the main authors, mentioning authors and branches of this movement; the second one proposes the methodology, mentions many case studies, going through a set of tours that are already places in the market, and clarifies definitions and concepts; the last part describes the product, suggests the example of a Circuit and defined the general orientation of Lisbon Modern Architecture Tour.
