Abstract

A evidência científica e a evolução da preocupação com a saúde pela população em geral, demonstram que a prática regular de atividade física e o desporto constituem um dos pilares para um estilo de vida saudável. Nos últimos anos, a bicicleta registou um aumento significativo da sua utilização, associado à promoção de novas experiências e contribuição para um melhor bem-estar. Acredita-se que no futuro, em contexto urbano, as bicicletas serão um meio de transporte preferencial, contribuindo para a resolução de problemas associados ao ambiente, aos transportes e ao trânsito. O presente plano incide no desenvolvimento do negócio da sociedade Incentivenature, Lda., detentora da marca “S Bikes Bike Shop Loulé”, no espaço temporal 2017-2021. A Incentivenature foi constituída em 2014 por dois sócios, com conhecimentos sólidos sobre o setor de atividade, resultante da oportunidade de recuperação de uma empresa insolvente. A atividade consiste na prestação de serviços de manutenção e na venda de bicicletas e seus acessórios na região do Algarve. A S Bikes é composta por uma equipa com uma vasta experiência no setor e com um espírito inovador e dinamismo para darem corpo ao projeto em questão. Com a estratégia de diferenciação a implementar, a sociedade prevê alcançar um acréscimo de vendas significativo, o que permitirá viabilizar o negócio, projetando-se, no horizonte temporal em análise, um VAL de 83.439 € e uma TIR de 42,63%

The available scientific data shows that the practice of regular physical activity and sports are one the basis for a healthy life style. In the past years, the bicycle use has grown exponentially, due to the promotion of new experiences and the need for a better well-being. In the future urban context, the bicycles will be a preferential mean of transport, helping to solve problems in the traffic, transportation and environment sectors. This is the business plan of the company Incentivenature, Lda, set up in 2014, as part of a business with the trade name "S Bikes Bike Shop Loulé", to be developed in 2017-2021. The company was formed by two partners with knowledge in this activity and it appeared due to the opportunity of recovering another company. The overall objective is to deliver maintenance services and sale of bicycles and accessories, in the regional market of Algarve. “S Bikes” is composed by a team with vast experience in this sector, academic background and with a dynamic and innovative spirit. Following a differentiation strategy to be implemented, the company expects to achieve a significant increase in sales, which will make this project viable. This project expects to contract a bank loan to cover its financial need, only for 2016/2017. The bank loans to be contract should be for the amount of 40 000 €. In short, the local impact expected on the use of the bike through the company, allows to assess the market position despite the uncertainty, with results that point to be an example to follow and under a financial point of view, all the criteria show that the project is duable, projecting a VAL de 83 439 € and TIR of 42,63%
